This is before and after pictures from April to November 2019. I worked consistently about 5 days a week. My diet was okay, but not the best. A lot of days I didn’t meet my micros because I work 24 hour shifts and 48 hours off as a Paramedic. Work gets hectic most shifts and I’ll be lucky to eat once and then I’ll sleep most of my off day. But anyways, the pic is in my profile picture. I just updated it. Any advice on what I can do to improve, what body parts do I need more work on? What am I doing wrong and what am I doing right?

chest bro. I would Start off with a upper / lower split. or push pull split. or bro split. which you prefer best. Flat bench, incline, and shoulder press.
of course back and legs as well. but seeing as you only show your front i am going to talk about that mostly. cant see too much development with itAlan Aragon, Brad Schoenfeld, Stu Phillips, Lyle McDonald. FTW.
Not a physique competitor but hope to compete in powerlifting next year. Max bench 1RM with pause 160kg. 352lbs.
Lift and learn.
