    Red face Different muscle group everyday without off day

    I have a three months of full body workout experience and i am about to start bulking so i decided to do bro-split.I am able workout every single day and im really passionate about bodybuilding.If i do a bro-split without off days would i be able to recover my muscles ?

    I did that for a number of years, got good results, now I take the occasional day off, around one a week, and results a little better. Don't schedule a day off, you will feel it coming up.

    You could but remember any training digs into the nervous system more or less depending on how intense your training.
    Some body parts also have a crossover effect also meaning say you train chest the shoulders,triceps and even back muscles are involved.
    I would have a rest day with many easy active type recovery like walking, biking or something similar.
    Maybe three on one off or two on one off.
    Remember rest is where your body recovers and grows along with a good eating plan.
