I noticed it several times over the years. The more I eat the easier i lose weight. Especially when I start eating more frequently between meals. I can eat big even without having the appetite to do so. i don't force the food down, I can just eat whatever I like without having to puke it.
The more I behave like that, the more I lose weight.
Once I eat only when I am hungry with many hours between meals (more then 5 hours) and not eating more than I should each time, I start to put on weight.
I read that if some people eat more than they should in one meal they get some kind of toxicity in the body and in the end you end up losing weight.
