ON Creatine Mono
Brasilian River proton isolate
Doctors best Nitrosigine caps
Home Depot Rhodiola 3% Sal.
Kaged Muscle Citrulline
Allmax caffeine
Sports supp omega 3
Have ON Beta alanine and NOW TMG on hand but havent started it again.
sometimes pop a multi (Adam) and probiotics/lactospore if I remember.
Got the nitrosigine and Rhodiola per your suggestion, but also started caffeine again so couldnt assess them properly for energy lol its only second day on Rhodiola but I think I did get a very noticeable mood improvement.

A few years ago I was diagnosed with non-alcoholic fatty liver disease (NAFLD) and started with TUDCA shortly afterwards. I’ve had regular checks since and it’s improved massively. Of the supplements I’ve been taking, it’s certainly one that I know with a great deal of confidence is making a different to my overall health. I haven’t really changed anything in that time since the initial diagnosis apart from the TUDCA.

My stack:
Protein powder - Syntha 6 / RCSS Whey
Creatine Mono
Preworkout - sh*t ton of different brands/exotics
I've been seeing a lot of users taking CL Triade and the softgels - how do these benefit people? Say I've done my lab tests and everything is on point, will I have any benefit or just a clear state of mind?

Not much really. Just pre: C4 Ultimate, Pre Jym and just bought Gorilla Mode, pretty damn psyched for it.
I would take L-Arginine on some workout days for increased vascularity and I think it worked.
Few different protein powders, my favorite was MRE from RedCon1 because it tastes great and you can do as many scoops as needed.
Also taking Z Matrix as I got it BOGO but I haven't seen any benefits.
Looking into getting a probiotic or greens because I've been irregular AF.*HTC* crew
Looks ok in tank top, looks like a bag of milk shirtless crew

Interdasting, racetams peak my interest but I'm way too sensitive to that kind of stuff, Im afraid I'll turn into something like that Lucy or Limitless movies
I'm only doing 100-150mg caffeine but hows dat white warped treating ya? If anything I can add extra citrulline at half serving, just popping a caff pill gets kinda boring.
