Surprisingly a lot of abnormal anxiety I had for years disappeared with Rhodiola, but I think the effects were amplified cus I had digestive enzymes earlier before taking it and also gave me a massive headache lol because the feelings haven't been as strong taking it without enzymes.
I might be fine with Hup. who knows how I'll react to cholinergics atm after the Rhodiola breakthrough lol suddenly I also developed a lot more caffeine tolerance than usual too :/ might go up to even 200mg caff daily again.
