    Yeah I honestly didn't even know it helped with joints. I initially got it for my skin since I'm out in the sun quite a bit and wanted to help reduce the aging of my skin. My joints are in great shape, but I'll look into black seed oil.

    When I use the Game Day, I'll half scoop the creatine in with it, but I decrease it, yes.

    Surprisingly a lot of abnormal anxiety I had for years disappeared with Rhodiola, but I think the effects were amplified cus I had digestive enzymes earlier before taking it and also gave me a massive headache lol because the feelings haven't been as strong taking it without enzymes.

    I might be fine with Hup. who knows how I'll react to cholinergics atm after the Rhodiola breakthrough lol suddenly I also developed a lot more caffeine tolerance than usual too :/ might go up to even 200mg caff daily again.

    yeah got a pretty decent mood boost too, today did a small test, enzymes and later 150mg Rhodiola and it was definitely more pronounced, 250mg will prolly be my sweet spot as long as I dont get a fkn headache again.
