Move to intermediate program from beginner?

    Hi All,

I've been doing fierce 5 beginner for almost 3 months. My current lifts are:

    back squat-350 lbs 3 sets of 5
bench- 245 lbs at 3 sets of 5
    front squat-235 lbs 3 sets of 5
    OHP-140 lbs at 3 sets of 5
pull ups- 3 sets of 12
RDL- 235 at 3 sets of 8 (not too difficult)

Should I move on to the fierce 5 intermediate? It's started to take me longer to recover from front squat and back squat. I've only had to do a reset on bench once.

    Thanks for all your help!

If you want. Sounds like you have more progress left to get though.
Rest longer between sets if needed

Have you got a video of your squats.
It's weird to see that much difference between front and back, and rdl and back

It seems this is not a back squat, but a slight bending of the legs at the knees with a barbell on the back)))
It’s better to learn how to do the exercises right from the start than to be retrained later, being experienced.
Now my friends and I are teaching in the gym to squat such a person who has 20 years of training experience. Training weights had to be reduced by 30 kg ....
    bench press 167.5 kgx1, 125 kgx13, 100 kgх24
    standing press 100 kgx1, 82,5 kg 4 sets х 5 reps
    deadlift 230 kgx1, 200 kgx4, 190 kg 3 sets x 5 reps
    raw squat 180 kgx1, 150 kg 5x5
    chin-ups +25 kg x10 reps

Thanks for the input. Don't have a video of the back squat but I go down to parallel. I started at 145 front squat and 145 RDL which weren't heavy at all but I didn't want to start with too much weight. The bench and back squat are now heavy but the others aren't yet.

I wouldn't lose sleep over it - everyone starts from somewhere different and genetics make a big difference. I've been lifting for 10 months and my current lifts are in my sig - if that makes you feel better!

It makes me feel better. We're pretty even. You got my deadlift beat, but I just started those this month. I have to question OP and his lifts though. I mean, maybe. But that means he started at 185 bench and 230 squat. Those seem pretty suspect unless he was already somehow trained

I don't think those numbers are suspect at all - some people are just naturally strong. If you want to look at a true genetic freak (and a natural), Greg Nuckols reportedly benched over 300lb and deadlifted over 400lb the first time he held a barbell at age 15 and was able to get his squat and deadlift over 500lb on beginner programs.

WakingOp, I was a D1 college athlete a while back so I have some previous experience. Just never tried to lift for size so this is foreign territory for me. Diet is my main hindrance at this point. Hoping to get to a 400 lb bench eventually but that's years away.......if ever.
