Hi everyone,
I’ve developed tennis elbow ( lateral epicondylitis) most likely from over training.
I will be resting the elbow for 2 weeks whilst following conservative treatment.
Obviously I will have to avoid upper body exercises.
I can do cardio and abwork,which other muscle groups can I work to stay in shape whilst recovering ?
