    Smile Soda at a rave/club?

    Hello, I am a teen intermediate bodybuilder wondering about the potentialities of drinking soda at a party/rave/club. I am 184cm 77kg 8% bf. Natty asf

    Assuming the party goes on from 12 to 5am and my last meal is at 9:PM and have consumed no sugar for the day and exercise a low carb diet would a soda or a few half sodas during the night help keep my test up? I dont care about burning fat during these events.

    Most events I go to sell soda up to 2€ cheaper than water, and I have seen some huge lifters drinking soda (though they where likely on juice).

    I go giga ham at these raves and often get a full workout and sweat hard for hours.

    My question is would drinking a soda during these hours put me in a catabolic state or the opposite and promote an anabolic state.

    Regardless I am looking for the high test anabolic swol soldier consumption choice during these parties. Any help and information regarding this situation is greatly appreciated.

    I've heard of people spontaneously combusting after drinking a soda at raves.

    It's definitely a risk.

    its a rave. you're overthinking it. the sugar will probably be burned off if you're dancing that much, so at least your body won't be burning away your muscles. or at least according to my non - expert logic

    solution: put alcohol in the soda so you forget the worries
