    Preworkout?

    So I have been taking C4 Ripped for a preworkout. Basically something for energy as I workout at 5am. C4 doesnt seem to give me any energy and I struggle to push myself. Whats a good preworkout that will get me going energy wise?

    I believe one serving of that is about 150mg of caffeine. You may want to try something with a little more than that. Consider:
    C4 Ultimate
    Controlled Labs White Warped
    Pre Kaged

    Been rotating between C4 Ultimate and VaporOne for my preworkout (both higher in stim).
    If that doesn't get you started, then perhaps tweak your workout program or your playlist?

    The C4 Ultimate is going to push the stim levels up but I would make sure you get enough sleep and nutirion as well. Those too things will play a bigger part.

    Preworkout

    Thanks for all the advice. I know my sleep is on point but I think I'm used to starting my day with a Reign energy drink and it has more caffiene in it. Obviously I only do one or the other depending if I workout that day or not. I will try the C4 Ultimate.

    You'll like it! Just make sure you stick with just a single scoop (maybe even a little less your first use).

    I prefer flashpoint since it doesn't have added creatine
