    Non Stim, Non Creatine PRE

    Looking for suggestions for a NON STIM, NON CREATINE loaded pre-workout powder. Ideally in the $1 per serving price range?

    If you're not looking for an energy/performance boost, just stick w/ regular whey or other protein. Or eat some food 1-3 hrs before.

    I wanted non stim bc the caffeine jacks me too much and don't need it. Creatine I already have one I really like and don't want to add extra. I am using GENIUS PRE now and I absolutely feel a difference mostly in the MENTAL FOCUS but it's a bit too spendy for my liking at $40 for 20 servings. I eat a banana a half hour before I workout which works well for me.

    If you want a mild energy boost w/out getting jacked, you can buy a 24 pack of something like v8 energy (in various fruit flavors, not the "v8" flavored one) and just drink 1/2 of the tiny can. It's like 1/2 cup of coffee but from green tea extract, nothing bad for you or too stimulating.

    I sometimes just mix a can w/ plant protein powder and fruits as a pre-W.

    That's about what I gathered, 75-85% on the SR.

    Thanks for the input, I will just google my way through this and try a few different things until I find something that works and fits by budget. Seems there are "pre-workout haters" brewing about. Take care, all.
