Cellucor has put together an interesting delivery system for their C4 preworkout: GUMMIES! C4 Gummies takes 5 chewy and tasty bites to deliver 200mg caffeine within 3.4 gram C4 Energy & Performance Blend, featuring CarnoSyn® Beta-Alanine, L-Citrulline, L-Tyrosine, and Huperzine A! Each tub of C4 gummies contains 6 servings (so 30 gummies) and retail for around $10.
I was fortunate to try both flavors (fruit punch and blue raspberry). I really enjoyed both flavors and the gummies are really easy and fun to use (often more convenient to carry around than a powder pre-workout - no accidental powder explosion or spilling). The fruit punch flavor has a little bit of a bitter aftertaste (probably from the caffeine) but otherwise the flavors are pretty delicious and close to any gummy candy in taste. The blue raz is my favorite of the two but it can really stain your tongue blue so keep that in mind.
In terms of effects, C4 Gummies delivers the same pre-workout experience that powdered C4 does. The energy is good, clean, and consistent. and the ergogenic aids help improve my workouts, especially in terms of strength, endurance, and ease of achieving and maintaining a pump.
Considering all the features of C4 Gummies, I think it is a solid 9 out of 10! I definitely think other C4 fans should also give the gummies a try, especially for the convenience and flavor experience.

Hey guys, I've been working out for quite a while now. I began by focusing on losing weight which pretty much only required me to do cardio, but now I've been working on putting on some muscle. A friend recommended C4 mass and even gave me a free scoop of his and I really liked it. So I bought my own and I took some today. I was just wondering if it's safe to use this stuff everyday? I'm only taking one scoop and i'm not taking anything else.

If you have used a full scoop and that went well I would say you are fine to do that daily. Just don’t add to your stimulant intake.Originally Posted by elysse77
