    Online Fitness programmers

    Anyone able to tell me if there is anywhere online there get a workout programme dedicated specifically to my goals and my body size etc? Not for free obviously like pay for one..?

    They exist but I would question whether they are worth it.

    If you are a novice, there are a wealth of routines that will work out-of-the-box. Your REALLY don't need to pay unless you want to hire a coach to help you learn good form in the basic lifts.

    If you are experienced, you really need to learn to adapt your own training for best results. There are cookie cutter intermediate routines available for free but you need to be able to pace your own progression, manage fatigue / deloads and variation/periodization in your training. Even routines which attempt to "automate" this will not be as effective as you continually monitoring and adjusting your training for your self.
