    Finding Tdee for Fat loss

    Hello im 161cm and 69kg i have put on some serious mass in this 4 years i have cut and bulk but now im doing 1h of cardio post exercise i wanted to know if im considered very active in tdee calculators (6-7 training days) <--- which i train 6 days a week and on those days post exercise i do 1h of cardio or im still considered moderate? im struggling please help

    CR's advice still stands. Pick one activity level and base your calorie intake on that for several weeks and then adjust up/down based on results. Don't obsess over getting things perfectly right from the start. The most important things is to get started and track your calories so you have real data to work with.

    always start with the one that suggests the lowest calorie amount. Your training calories burned are small in comparison to RMR and NEAT. You’ll adjust in 3 weeks and if you start too high in calories you just pissed away 3 weeks of diet time
