I’m glad someone ITT knows what’s up. Yeah I’ll be making classic Aviations and twisting them up.

The Wray is mostly for Tiki drinks, just a funky overproof rum.

Hugely mirin. Ron Zacapa 23 is some of my favorite stuff. Bumbu is good too. I think my top several rums are:

1) Santa Theresa 1796
2) Diplomatico
3) Dictador
4) Ron Zacapa
5) Plantation 20th
6) Bacoo

Not necessarily in that order.

Need to get another bottle. What do you think I should go with?

Try Uruapan charanda rum, it’s a mexican rum (I know right) but it’s excellent. I bought a bottle for a rum party and couldn’t put it down. It’s around the mid 20s-30 bucks. Super smooth, floral. Definitely worth a try.

This is a solid selection. Just wish I had more uses for overproof rum. Best method is use it in a punch, but that’s where I run out of ideas.

Zacapa is one of my top 5 favorite rums as well.

If you've never had a last word, you're one bottle (Green Chartreuse) away from being able to make them. I love negronis because they're so simple and no bull**** but gun to my head a Last Word is the finest gin cocktail ever made.
