i don't get it, ive cut back on calories. And I feel hungry all the time so I know I am in a calorie deficit. And I could eat way more than what I do so I know I have cut back a lot. I eat healthy all the time, I eat fish, salads, eggs, ect ect. I started doing a exersize I made up called ariel setups where you do a crunch while standing, still nothing. I use to have a 6 pack abs now it looks like crap since I got a ps4. any suggestions?

More information needed, but I find it hard to believe that someone who previously had "6-pack abs" now suddenly doesn't know what to do. Age/height/weight/sex, whats your calorie intake?
Post a shirtless straight on photo for best advice (crop out your head if you're worried about privacy).
Also, stop giving "advice" to other forum members if you're here asking the most basic questions...

this... no offense OP, but having achieved a six pack and asking about basic training and nutrition questions seems "off". either your bf% is too high or your abs have shrunk a lot
yeah, you might be hungry but it doesn't mean you're in a caloric deficit. are you losing weight? for all we know, you could just have a huge appetite and keep eating at your TDEE

Being hungry means nothing. Unless you count your calories on myfitnesspal strictly, there's no way of knowing whether you're in a deficit or not.
If you're not losing weight, you're eating too much.Cobra Kai never dies!
