Today marks my 1 year of bodybuilding starting at a weight of 120 lbs and and height of 5’10 and a age of 13 to now weighing in at 182 pounds at 5’11 at age 14. Currently at the moment I am bulking and need tips for cutting down and holding onto as much muscle as possible, and also wondering if this is good progress.
