I've been working out for just under a year, and I'm not sure if my back should be this bony/small compared to the rest of my body. My shoulder blades poke out while my traps don't look the biggest and looks a lot worse than my chest.
The back exercises I do are deadlift, t-bar row and lat pulldown; started doing pullups recently
