    Uneven pecs

I need some help and advice from more experienced lifters out there.

My pecs are not the same shape/size. My left is a wider broader shape whilst my right is smaller and rounder but protrudes out more....

Is there any suggestions to help fix this!

Hard to say w/out seeing pics but some of it may be genetic if there's not an underlying health issue - regardless, you can probably improve the shape/size as you build muscle in general and by isolating each side if you're not doing so already.

If you're doing barbell bench/incline press, use dbs or a ISO hammer strength type machine that isolates each arm. Db flyes work fine, but might help to focus independently on each arm - so maybe do cables or the pec deck and do them one arm at a time.
