I’m waiting until all episodes are released if I even get it at all. The game coming out now is just midgar. The rest of the game is being released in 2-3 total games. Not gonna support that bullchit. Besides that i played the demo and wasn’t a huge fan. I love rpgs but the original isn’t even a top 10 rpg for me (I liked it but it’s very overrated) and the new one definitely isnt going to be based on the combat in the demo

idk if you have a 3ds but if you liked the zelda on snes, then the 3ds game, The Legend of Zelda: A Link Between Worlds, is legit

The game is about 40 hours long, it's not a 1 to 1 remake. They reimagined the whole game

I was a non believer before I played the demo, but I was pleasantly surprised how good the battle system is.

Day 1 for me. FFVII is my childhood.

But midgar section is probably the most boring part of the game. Once you get out to the open world HNNNNNG

My first Ps1 game, I had never heard of FF before and I just bought it because it came wit 3 discs. When you're a teenager and broke, you want your money's worth.
I thought " hey it's 3 discs, it's better than a game with 1 disc."

The box said " Quite possible the best game ever made".

All of that turned out to be true, Amazing characters, story, and the MUSIC!!!

No way I'm paying 180 dollars for a remake of a game I have already played fifty times. Its not like they wouldn't be making 10s of millions if they just did it the right way. I hope enough people say not to this BS so that no other game company tries to do sh*t like this in the future. That's ridiculous. I plan on waiting until all three are released and then I'll buy them used so they don't get a single penny of my money. Greedy bastards. Glad I didn't preorder.

In the Demo it did feel like enemies become sponges super quickly. It's like battling Adamantoise from FFXV which is not fun. Wars of attrition don't make for an overly exciting game.

This is a full game. It's not the entire narrative of the original, which is fine because they changed a ton of stuff. Its more like a reimagining than a remake
