Nobody. Teams had a years to sign him if they wanted. No one cares if he's organizing workouts. He's still a chit tier QB.

I never really watched him play besides in the playoffs but looking at his stats he’s not very good. Pretty bad his last 3 seasons and his best season ever was 21 tds and 8 picks. That was also before defenses game planned for him.

I’m not a fan of Mitch but his best season was 24 tds and 12 ints with 500 yards rushing. Mitch also only played as a starter for 1 full season in the NFL and got injured for 2 of those games. Yeah he’s pretty bad.

This. It's a "see we're not holding him back" by the NFL.

And it's a joke at that. He got very little notice at this workout and all sorts of people are essentially saying it's a ruse.

I'd be absolutely shocked if someone signed him at this point.

The same reason he’s not in the league is the same reason Tebow isn’t. Who wants a backup QB that brings that much of a media circus

This is the only necessary point to make about the whole situation, and always has been. If he was an elite top 5 QB, he would be employed. Teams will put with drama and chit to a certain degree if you're elite, which Kap is not by any stretch of the imagination.

Yes, he does. The reason he left the 49ers was because he wanted FU money. Canadian football can't afford to spend that on worthless tallent anymore than the NFL can.

Last i heard it was so informal, with time constraints, that no one has signed up yet.
Seems fake to me and not a real chance for teams to be able to scout his current skill set.

yeah i cant disagree with that. it's an inconvenient truth (to some at least) that elite players get more leeway, esp when it comes to drama and distraction. that's life son
