Hi, im 18 bw 54kg
Im very new to lifting, most of my fitness activity was from basketball so i did a lot of legs & running
but my upper body is very weak rn because i haven't ever lifted for upper (pics in gallery)
Is it a good idea to stop lower body stuff esp running for a while and focus on upper

Do not stop running while adding BW and lifting weights. It may be smart to reduce it and focuse more on the weight stuff but im speaking from experience when i say that you should keep running. In one year i went from 140lbs to 230lbs. WITH NO RUNNING AT ALL. You will add alot of weight, and will most likely get some sort of injury like shin splints like me. And your running skills and whatever will be reduced by alot. So i would rather just run a little less but don't stop.
Everyday is arm day

No, keep up with leg work; your upper body will catch up fast enough.
Short cuts to success are often paved with lies.
1/13/16: Massive hernia.
5/10/16: Finally back to lifting, light but improving.
