And it's not even remotely close. Also yes, Samosas are easily some of the most delicious and underrated foods (in the West anyway). I don't understand why they aren't bigger here in America.

This local Indian shop near me has veggie/potato samosas that honestly I wouldn’t even care eating until I felt sick.... it would be worth it... even if I was up all night sweating bullets.

Saag paneer is a hard choice because most places make it more like a palak paneer and underspice it.

I'm sure you can do that in Seattle even with the colder weather. Just gotta outrun the homeless drug addict with the knife.

Naw, not a fan of outdoor walks in 30-40 degrees :-)

Guess we're different. I've been in Seattle a few times the last few years (sorry) and this was during winter. I didn't mind a heavy shirt or two with shorts. The cold doesn't bother me. Cold and windy does.

It's too cold when old injuries act up and I suddenly feel 90.

    Yes!

I can't do cold anymore as I've gotten older

But I do wear shorts all year and is way more comfortable than jeans

You've got a lot more upper body joint wear and bruised bones because of your previous career in healthcare, though. My discomfort is from old injuries. Much like you, lower body doesn't care. My most important limb doesn't care if it's hot or cold af.
