    Ironmaster plate tree

Hi, does anyone know if the ironmaster plates work with a standard plate tree? I think the ironmaster plate hole is a little under 1”. I don’t have any standard plates to compare with. I find it rather cumbersome to stack the ironmaster plates within the stand. Thanks.

Take a ruler and measure the hole of your plates. If its 1" or bigger you will likely be okay.

I have a Deltech DF7200 standard plate tree works really well takes 1" plates, I don't have ironmaster plates but I have the standard pancake plates for use with dumbbells, and they fit on it real well. Its pretty high quality for the money, though I recommend throwing away the bolts it comes with and getting bolts from a hardware store.

It’s less than 1 inch. I can’t remember if it was 7/8” or so but definitely less than 1”. Are the standard weight posts actually 1” (hoping they are less)? Thanks.

Strange, my IM measure 1 1/16" like pretty much every other standard plate meant for a 1" standard bar.

Actually I remeasured. It seems like 1” exactly to me but I’m just using a straight edged ruler. I guess maybe standard weight tree would be fine.
