I'm still pretty new to powerlifting and I don't know if I'm making good progress in my lifts as everyone I see seems to be repping my maxes haha. I've been training for just about 8 months now and here's what my 1RMs have become; my deadlift has gone from 105KG to 150KG, my squat has gone from 70KG to 115KG, my bench is my weakest, and has gone from 35KG to 70KG. My bodyweight is 90 KG right now, but most of that is fat as I spent half of 2017 losing weight and going from 120KG BW with no muscle to 80KG. I've definitely messed up my diet because I was pretty lenient and pretty much just dirty bulked throughout my training and gained almost 10KG. Thanks for the help lads.
