    Cool Shoulder Bursitis

    Hey everyone,

This has probably already been asked however nothing like some fresh information!

I’ve got bad bursitis in my right shoulder, it has been hanging around for the last 18 months.

MRI has been done and everything else is intact. I have had 2 cortisone injections that did not work.

Anyone got the same issues and know any fixes that work...?

    Supplements, stretches, exercises, peptides!

I had bursitis. No stretching or exercise helped.
Only half year of doing nothing.

Today I'd take protein, MSM, Vit D and C

The synovial fluid isn't just water, but protein-based.

I'd also use more Ibuprofen for a while to reduce inflammation.
    Cycling, walking, swimming.
    No car.
