    Good way to build endurance?

I've been doing push pull legs for a while now, but i want to bring my endurance/cardio up.
I've thought about going on a run with intervals (2 minute run - 30 second walk) and doing that twice a week, at least.

Is that a good idea to bring up my endurance, or should I run more frequently?
    Any suggestions are helpful

    Thanks

Which energy system are you trying to improve?

You'll get better answers if you provide more specific goals. Are you hoping to run a mile in a certain period of time? Are you hoping to make it through an hour long workout at a faster pace without getting too winded? Are you hoping to improve your cardiovascular health? What do you want to accomplish?

Anerobic is all ATP-Phosphate. You need to train true HIIT. 20 yard sprint, rest 5 minutes, 20 yard sprint, etc.

If you want to do aerobic you should do nice slow 45 minute runs for a long time to build up your aerobic base.
