    New here! Lookin for advice.

    Alright I'm sort of a really skinny guy but fat at the same time. Skinny fat basically.

    I weigh: 120 lbs
    My Body Fat: 12.1%
    Height: 5'4
    Age: 16

    Yeah yeah I'm small I know.

    What excercises and nutrition plan should I follow to get optimal muscle gains?

    I can barely even curl 15 lbs for 10 reps.
