There's no magical foods that will help you lose weight, but generally healthier foods have less calories than junk food, so eating healthier is the sensible approach, but don't feel you can't enjoy some junk foods too. Generally my daily intake is about 60% healthier foods and the rest just whatever I want to hit my daily calories.
When people go all out 100% Rambo with healthy foods it mostly ends in disaster, so don't worry if some days you want a Mars Bar. As long as it's included within your calorie limit.I have a good joke about water retention. But I'm going to hold onto it for now.
I'm not an elevator, but I certainly do lift.
Going to the gym? Ha, it's just a weights of time.
Steroids and ass. They certainly go well together.
I'm the BB king..of puns. I train my back using only fish. I love my macker-rows.
