I feel like more carb rich foods make me hungrier while pretty much the opposite can be said about fats and oils. Pork for instance, as a high fat food, I will have a craving for it, but if I eat that instead of chicken then I feel somewhat bloated after.
Is it true that fiber elicits satiety? I feel like it's the opposite.
