Body fat 3.1% up after 1 month is it possible??!

So I was 25.6% percent body fat (21.5 kg) at 84 kg. And 32.5 kg muscle. Then i shreaded for 4 months. I got down to 16.8% Bf (11.6kg) 28.8 Kg muscle ( 69 kg weight ).

So i lost alot of muscle and alot of fat.

Now ive been bulking for one month. I had the seca scan result. And it says Im 72.5 Kg weight, 19.9% body fat ( 14.4 kg fat ) and 29.3 Kg muscle.

So how is that possible in 4 weeks i can go from 16.8% to 19.9%. And only put on half kg of muscle. When i should be putting on more as i have muscle memory and i've been eating clean and also taking creatine and loads protein shakes. Only 1 week i went on holiday out of the 4 weeks where i was drinking 2 times only and eating fat food but was swimming every day and walking so would of burned it off.

Pictures are there. Can some one explain is this seca scan false or what?

From a thread of yours last month, you were told:
Pretty sure you were already told those machines you're using are useless for measuring bf% and muscle.
And in a different post of yours last month you were told:
Those body fat machines are highly inaccurate (and really just toys).
But it appears you are determined to believe they are accurate... so I guess, yea you added a bunch of fat in one month. Man, that sucks! ;-)

Those machines are garbage... BUT a half KG in muscle in 1 month sounds about right for a natty. 8-12 lbs of pure muscle in a year is really a best case scenario (less if you've been training for a couple years already). This why bulking more than 1 kg per month is really counterproductive, since most of it will be fat.

All it takes is consistency, effort, proper nutrition, good programming, and TIME.
