Is 100 pullups sufficient for a back workout

If you have no access to weights,

Is this a good calisthenic workout done 2x a week for back and bis?

I would do about 350 pull-ups, which is roughly 3.50 more than you suggested, and then I'd think it was a sufficient back workout

Yes. Fill up a backpack with rocks if you don't have weights, and wear it on your chest instead of your back. Also, change up your grip and width.

Do weighted ones but don't lock out your elbows at the bottom.
If you don't have a weight belt you can make one pretty easy, one time all I had was a squat belt so I put that on, wrapped a bike lock chain around it and laced a weight through that. But now I have a dip belt because you can get one for less than $10 on ebay. If you don't have weights you could make some too or just use a few of those vinyl ones from walmart.

It's worth it because then you can do weighted dips too. Dips are an awesome full upper body push exercise and pull ups are an awesome full upper body pull exercise.

Good to know its a sufficient exercise. I do change the grip and width as I do them at my local park on the monkey bars (no ****).

I switched from weight lifting to calisthenics and the only exercise I do on pull day is pull ups, mainly weighted. I'll also change the angle of my body, mix up grip position, etc. to emphasize certain parts more.

But if proper form is used I'm pretty certain pull ups are sufficient. Been doing this for a year and don't think I've lost any gains. Maybe throw in some hyper extensions for lower back if you want
There and back again twice, a deep red's tale.
