Hey 6 inch wrists here, been working out for 3 months, have gained some mass, look okay shirtless, but look skinny AF in a shirt or regardless. Am I cursed to look skinny in clothing without juicing?? Any prior skinny mofos willing to share for some motivation

This MAY help...not sure. But I'll give you the facts: I have 6" wrists, narrow hips (34"), 8" ankles, weigh 115 at only 5'0,"with an overall lean appearance...and I'm a woman. As a natty female, lifting heavy weights for a female, I was able to build enough natural muscle mass so that when I became more defined (ripped upper body) over time, I wasn't skinny. I was athletic and muscular-looking instead. My avi is a REAL NON-PHOTOSHOPPED pic..AND I have been training upper body parts only once a week for around 5 years now. So, I could have more size, potentially.
The moral of my short story: I'm a natural woman with 6" wrists, but that didn't stop me from putting on good mass and gaining excellent strength...even to this day! Now if I can do this, than YOU can do this OP!! Stop focusing on bone structure and focus on what you have control over... your mindset, the methods you pick, prioritizing/scheduling and gaining strength!!
Oh, and have more patience...3 months, huh?Last edited by etet1919; 11-11-2019 at 04:26 AM.
Fact: My first-generation uncle was a boxer who fought Sugar Ray Robinson! He also fought in the war, sacrificing the career he deeply loved, so people could have the right to freedom.

Your wrists will always be the same size, however I doubt that it's them making you look skinny. You probably just lack muscle mass.

6 inch wrist crew checking in. You can see my own 6 months progress in my sig.
Want bigger muscles? Lift harder/smarter and have a better diet. Don't let something like wrist size hold you back. It's meaningless.
Yes but not natty. Which means it's irrelevant to OP's question.Cobra Kai never dies!
