I am new to dieting. (

    Age 28 male
    5'11"
    BMI: 25%

I have never worked out or dieted ever in my life.

I've got my workout plan but the dieting is confusing. My TDEE is about 2400 calories so I am going to increase to 2700 calories. How much carbohydrates/protein/fat do I need?

Woah whoa whoa..... hold on cowboy. 25% bodyfat you shouldn't be in a surplus of calories. Between the calculators being inaccurate for many people and the absolute possibility that your calorie counting and tracking will be off you could really paint yourself in a corner right off. If you're serious about getting help do 2 things

    1) Read the stickies

    2) post a pic of yourself shirtless.
If you don't get what you want you didn't want it bad enough

If your TDEE is 2400 calories (from an online calculator), then you should be eating no more than about 1900 calories.

All it takes is consistency, effort, proper nutrition, good programming, and TIME.

Don't be upset with the results you didn't get from the work you did not do.
