    time to up my cals?

    hi guys over last 8 weeks I have been eating 3,250 calories since my cut. I feel I need to up my cals, as weight isn't going up much - do you agree and how much?


    Week 1– 161.5
    Week 2 162.3
    Week 3 163.3
    Week 4 163.2
    Week 5 163.5
    Week 6 163.9
    Week 7 164.1
    Week 8 – 164.3
    Week 9 – 164.1

    Seems ok.

    Are you new to training?

    Can try a 5-10% increase and can see how you respond. You may even see better results. Never hurts to be a little aggressive. Don't like what you see then reduce calories back down. No biggie. It's a loooooooooong game.

    Everyone is built differently. Everyone responds differently - response to training, diet, etc..

    yea id go up if I were you just because its the winter bulking season so if you get fat now you can cut in spring. I weigh once per day and every 7 days I do an average and if I don't hit an increase of .375 per week then I increase my daily calories by 50 or 100 depending on how far off I was for the week. If I ever weigh way more than .375 like 1 or 2 pound average then I don't make changes unless it happens for 2 straight weeks then drop it by 50 because this has only happened when I tried to increase by 200 calories daily one time.
