    I doubt there is a lot of difference - given a choice, I would usually opt for open kinetic chain movement - i.e. hip belt.

    Very similar movement, I'd say whatever makes you personally work harder and has less strain on your back.

    Which ever lets you get more knee flexion. Looks like the nebula leg presses have a nice angle at the bottom of the foot platform. I'd say for pure quad output, that is going to be your better option
