    guys, would you mind checking my rdl form. I know i have to improve my starting deadlift from the floor. I do get back soreness when i do rdl but not pain. Any recommendations would help.

    I think you need to keep the bar closer against your legs when going up/down because you don't want to have to keep thrusting yourself forward at the top you should naturally be fully standing when it comes up when you drag the bar against you. (I know the wording sucks but hopefully you know what im talking about)

    Thank you for the response. Yeah i am trying to improve my lat tightness more so i can pull the bar closer to my body more i guess. I should concentrate on that more when i do rdl.

    Focus more on driving your hips back more rather than just lowering the bar
