    Help building calistenics + gym program

    Ive been training for over 3 years and recently I took more interest in calisthenics exercises.
    I want to build a program that combines gym training with body-weight training and I need your help guys.
    I want an AB upper/lower split (or any other suggestion). I currently can do a lot of dips and pull/chin ups and I'm hoping to be able to do more impressive movements like any ring based exercises, front lever, hand stands, planch, muscle ups etc. (some of these i can already do but not for long).
