    Swiss Bar / Football Bar

Thinking about getting one for my home gym.

Rogue has several options. Also looked at the Kadillac Bar from Kabuki Strength.

Cost is no concern, within reason.

    Suggestions?

Edge Fitness and Black Widow TG have some options you might want to consider as well:

    https://edgefitnesssystems.com/colle...specialty-bars

    https://www.blackwidowtg.com/category_s/1869.htm

I was looking a while back and was leaning towards a slim option, though I didn't end up pulling the trigger.

I have two Watson bars of this type, the Watson Ultimate bar and the Watson Polequin Neutral Grip bar.

Shipping from the UK may not be cheap, if cost isn't an issue, then I can recommend the Ultimate bar.

I don't have a specific bar to suggest but I'll caution that I have the Titan version and a Rogue monsterlite rack. the clearance between the bar and rack is minimal on each side of the center. I was able to make this mostly a non issue by adding on a pair of sandwich jcups but it was a pita for a couple months before I thought of trying the hooks.

I have a Rogue Monster Rack. I would assume the Rogue bar would fit...

If I contemplate another brand I will measure to be sure. Almost all of them post their specific measurements on the web site.

If you're looking for a traditional style football bar with diagonal grips and want them knurled and zinc plated rotating sleeves then Reps Direct is another option.

I have a Legend rack (same width dimensions I believe) and have no issues with the edge slim football bar on my minis or J cups.

Can post pics of it in both if you’d like.

I have the EFTS fitness cambered swiss bar with the angled handles.
    I really like it.
The angled handles are easy on the wrists and you can turn the bar around and have either a semi supinated or pronated grip with four different widths.
I don't know if the camber makes a difference,i like it you can turn it over and use it like a board press.
This doesn't have rotating sleeves as someone mentioned above which would make it easier to balance but all in all a good bar IMO.
EFT fitness has sales and or free shipping going from time to time so keep an eye out if your interested.
I got mine on sale with free shipping.

Quoting myself...decided this will be my Christmas present. I'm thinking of using for rows as overhand gets to my elbow after a while. Will likely use for curl variants and some bench/tri work too.

Really want to use for pullovers as that's an exercise I miss the hell out of and my powerblocks don't really lend themselves to it.

I own both Swiss and Football Slim bars by Edge Fitness, but will be selling them shortly to make room and funds for the Kabuki bar. I certainly drink the kool-aid when it comes to what Chris Duffin puts out to sell, but the lack of camber on the Edge bars frustrates me every time I use them. The Kadillac Bar corrects this (in a more appealing way to me than the Elite FTS or Titan clone that also extend the range of motion), while also utilizing actual sleeves over powder-coated pipe.

The Edge bars are certainly serviceable, but being that you said money isn’t a concern in the original post, I think Kabuki will likely be the correct call. They also had a pretty solid Black Friday sale last year, so look out for that too.

Why is camber so important for this movement outside of variation? For some, camber makes things worse. There isn't anything magical abut camber outside of more range, again this could be a positive or negative. I'm sure the Kadillac is a nice bar, but like most things Kabuki, I'm just not sure it justifies the premium.
