    Tall guys weight

Hi guys, interested to know what weight you guys are who are over 6 foot. I’m 6 foot 2 88kg probably sitting at 15-16% body fat.
I’m just asking to query what would be considered “ideal” for a bodybuilder. I’m not interested in competing or anything but am just curious.
    Please let me know

    Thanks!

A fat free mass index of 25 is top notch for a natural lifter. For your height at a bf% of 15% that would put you at about 220-225lbs. 12% bf would be 205-210.

    Wha?

I know several tall people who are built like pencils and a couple of tall people built like gorillas. I don't think height is the only consideration here.

How a certain number of Kg sits on you, depends on... You
Faith in Jesus first and faith in squats second.
Then other details will start to slot themselves into place.
Diet restarted, target 69.x Kg, progress poor so far :(

A healthy percentage of fat is considered to be 22-23%. Up to 25% is also not critical to health, but doctors diagnose the very initial stage of obesity. If you are 21 years old, then of course 15-16% is a bit too much, not because it is bad for health, but because the trend is bad ... If you were 35-40 years old, then you could say you're cool, man !.
    bench press 167.5 kgx1, 125 kgx13, 100 kgх24
    standing press 100 kgx1, 82,5 kg 4 sets х 5 reps
    deadlift 230 kgx1, 200 kgx4, 190 kg 3 sets x 5 reps
    raw squat 180 kgx1, 150 kg 5x5
    chin-ups +25 kg x10 reps

Currently 6'2" and 205 lbs. Have no idea what BF% actually is, but guesstimate in the 15% range currently (a little fluffy).

Don’t understand why you said body fat percentage 20+ was healthy but 15 is bad?

Well ... Let's start with the fact that most methods, except DEXA, underestimate the real percentage of fat. So if, for example, you intended 15% for Jackson-Pollock, in fact it may already be 18-20%. This is not bad, ok. But you are only 21 years old (as far as I can see from your profile) and this is your p-ratio. With age, the p-ratio will move even higher and will pass for "healthy". Therefore, I do not advise you to overeat much for muscle growth. You risk becoming a fat man.
    Of course, IMHO ...

Not much of a "routine" at the moment. Which is also probably why I've creeped up to my fluffy-ness. However, I typically follow a PPL style strategy.

Years, but only with any kind of plan or structure for the past 10 months. I started out skinny-fat at 169lb and I reckon I've got about 10-15lb more muscle and less fat since then.

6'5" and 210 lbs, BF approx 15%, been working out with solid nutrition for about 3 years (didn't start until age 42). My goal was always to be about 215 at around 12%, probably have 2-3 more years to go to get there.
All it takes is consistency, effort, proper nutrition, good programming, and TIME.
