When should I test my bench?

So today I did 5x3 with 200 pounds/90kg and I’m just wondering when I should test my 100kg 1rm because it has been a long time goal of mine but I don’t know if Im capable of hitting it now or do I still need more time.

I want to get it 1st time and I really don’t want to fail or it would have a toll on my cns so do you think I’m ready or should I just keep upping the weight by another 5 pounds?

I’m just on a basic novice 5x5 program, but plateaued on 85kg so just for bench I changed to 5x3
Rest of my lifts are basically intermediate level. Deadlift (175kg/385) Squat (140kg/315) so it’s just bench which is left and to be fair I’m just itching to start an intermediate program but I can’t do that if my bench isn’t 100kg/225.

why does it need to be that?

and if bench is progressing there's no reason to test, if you want a program with singles run one that programs them appropriately, you can do singles every week

Barbell Medicine's "the bridge" would be a good follow up program for you right now

It's not a hard cutoff. The definition of an intermediate is someone who can no longer progress at the same rate as a newbie. Lifting numbers are a guideline, not hard and fast rule. If you need to move to an intermediate routine then do so now.

According to the formula (which is just for fun, don't take too seriously) 90*4 is a bit like 100*1 so if you can do 4 or 5 at 90 very likely you can do 100 for 1

but as the others are saying, what does it matter if you bench 90*1 or 100*1? If you're struggling to progress... you're struggling to progress!
Progress is the most important thing (if you want to get better ). Concentrate on working out what you need, to restart your progress.
Faith in Jesus first and faith in squats second.
Then other details will start to slot themselves into place.
    Diet restarted Monday Oct 28th @76.8, Nov 20th 74.7, target 69.x Kg.

Testing 1rm at this level once a month will not frustrate any adaptation.
    P.S. 85 kg 5x5 - at least 100 kgx1 in most cases.
    bench press 165 kgx1, 125 kgx13, 100 kgх24
    overhead press 100 kgx1, 82,5 kg 4 sets х 5 reps
    deadlift 230 kgx1, 200 kgx4, 190 kg 3 sets x 5 reps
    raw squat 180 kgx1, 150 kg 5x5
    chin-ups +25 kg x10 reps
