This might have happened if now or in the past you regularly carried something heavy on your right side (laptop bag, briefcase, schoolbag). Or even just doing things daily w/ your dominant side. If so, try to do the opposite sometimes.
Regardless of the cause, working out in general (esp things like shrugs, rear delt raises, and other shoulder and upper back exercises/stretching) should help even it out - assuming there's not some other underlying health issue.
