    Question Time Crunch

I'm a high schooler. I go to a performing arts school so I dont always have time to get a full weights workout in ,with homework and practicing and all. I'm looking for an actually effective full bodyweight workout that I can progressively overload over time and actually see progress. I'm still in the newbie stage , have been resistance training for about 5 months.

The effectiveness and the amount of progress you see is going to be based on the effort you put into it, more so than the routine itself (not saying that terrible routines don't exist). In your case, if you're not going to set aside the time to actually get your training done, consistently, then no magical program is going to get the job done.

Aside from that, have a look at Fierce 5 or Vikings bare bones, both have novice full body versions. Stronglifts 5x5 is another option.
