Should I keep my bulk or cut? Potential Skinny fat
Hey! I've gained around 6kgs/13lbs since I started my bulk (from 50kg to 56kg/110lbs to 123lbs). I've been working out for a couple years (specially fitness routines and bodyweight), but lifting heavy weights for about 6 months. You can see my progress pics at the end of the post.
Can you tell me an estimate of my bf% on both phases? Should I keep my bulk or cut? I'm a bit worried about my bf percentage, but my main goal is to achieve 60kg/132lbs at a healthy bf%.
