    Rhodiola and Pycnogenol

Hello im a 24 young male healthy, I have been training since 10 years old boxing, thaiboxing and gym. Lately I havent trained alot because of work and school. Also im a smoker. Im currently taking 1 rhodiola capsule/pill in the morning and one pycnogenol at the evening. Is this okay for me to do?

Is there any major side effects or more info?

    Thanks
