    Smile Making cardio fun

Hi guys, interested to know how guys go about making cardio enjoyable. What type of cardio do you and how do you enjoy it more? Or do you just do it when necessary and simply don’t enjoy it? Also do you do cardio on rest days or after weights??

    Thanks!

You've got to find what's fun for YOU

Try different stuff you'd never even have thought to try before, be creative and surprise yourself. BJJ, jogging, ballroom dancing, circuit training class, boxing, join a frisbee team... Who knows what you'll discover you enjoy?
Faith in Jesus first and faith in squats second.
Then other details will start to slot themselves into place.

I prefer running and usually I just run on the treadmill because it's convenient. Most often I usually watch a video or something on my phone, YouTube, etc. Could also listen to podcasts, audio books, some people will read depending on what kind of cardio they're doing.

Lots of creative things you can do to help pass the time if you find cardio boring.
    - Your mindset influences your outcome. It's time to take out phrases like "I can't" or "I don't have time" and replace them with phrases like "I will make the time" and "I will keep working at it until I find a way that works." Success starts with the right mindset and believing in yourself and your dreams.

    My cardio list includes:-

Walk the dogs, hiking, sex and that is about it. Just do more stuff you enjoy doesn't need to be in a gym as long as your TDEE is increased doesn't matter where and what form of activity it is. As stated above find something you like and just increase the amount you do. Personally I use it as a excuse to do it more!

I do increased physical activity in my daily life so whenever I am not at the gym.

    I don't if we're talking about running

    I hate it

I was ok with the Zombies Run app

    but it's never fun

I do more supersetting high rep compounds and box jumps, burpees, push ups than straight running

    it becomes the workout

each gym session starts with 5 to 10 min run or intervals for a warm up anyway (and I walk to gym which is about a mile )

I'm just on maintenance rather than building so I switch up a heavy low rep to a high rep more cardio programme across the week.

Most often I do it on workout days either before or after. Personal preference really.

Do whatever your want and what's more convenient for you.
