I'm in too!
Started keto this week and its going good, but I will be thrown out of ketosis this weekend (going on vacation). I'll still watch total calories, but I won't be low enough in carbs. Keto has been strange to me so far. Eating this much fat just feels wrong, lol

My starting weight is: 210 lbs
My goal for this thread is to lose: -15lbs which would bring me to 195lbs. Optional goal would be 190lbs but lets not get too excited about that one. 2lbs a week is more than fair at this point in my journey!

It's going to be hard to do this for these months due to Thanksgiving and Christmas holiday lol.
But good luck everyone. I'm still on a cut too and currently at 171 from 183 in Aug. It's slow but its a steady loss. Been doing Keto since the start of August and so far I think I can continue for a month or two more. Good result for me so far, blood glucose A1C is down from 8.2 to 7.3. I'm in. Having a great start to the month and have dropped 3kg so far (water weight). Aim is 89kg by the end of November and then 89kg at the end of December.

I am in: I think I am about 260 right now, but will need to weight in in the morning and confirm. So my goal for the thread will be to lose 16lbs. That's a good start.

Goal weight 206 but I would be happy enough with being 210 (or preferably 209.8) given the holidays. But holidays don't usually affect me.

I'm in, the last one really helped me stay motivated on a weekly basis and show myself that i was actually making good overall progress.
Starting weight is 109.2kg / 240.8lbs.
Goal for this period is 105kg / 231.5lbs, i would say 103kg but i think the final weight in after Christmas will definitely throw my final weight off! Haha.

Aw yeah, starting this off right, lol! Down 1.8 lbs this week. Probably mostly water weight, but that's expected.
One thing I'm finding on keto is so far I haven't been able to get a pump at the gym (I assume this is due to lack of carbs). I still killed it though and I'm enjoying the different food choices than I'm used to.

Bad First weigh in but I'm not surprised I was starving last night and I couldn't fall asleep even after eating all my food for the day so I gave in and slammed about 2000 cals of pizza and and ice cream before bed RIP.

Not a bad start i suppose, i was actually a little lighter a few days ago so next week will be a good one hopefully
The gym has been great recently, I've been able to keep my energy up for a lot longer the last few weeks and add a little more quality volume. Although i strained my neck last night so moving my head hurts now... may have to skip trap work next upper day.

Good Morning everyone! Super stoked on this week's loss. I've been going out hunting and walking through the mountains here, which makes up for the lack of gym time. I carbed up solidly last weekend and came back 5lbs heavier than I was last Thursday. However, it was mostly water and I managed to lose 3lbs this week. First time carb loading like this in four months so it seems to have kicked my metabolism in high gear. Today marks the 4 month of my journey and I am down 81 lbs!! I've attached some progress pics I took yesterday am at 208. However I weighed in at 207 this am.
My starting weight on this cut was: 210 lbs
My goal for this thread was 195lbs.

I was 180.8 yesterday was hoping to break into the 170s haha maybe next week. I am hoping to at least make 175 by the end of December and would be extremely happy with 170. The calorie counting is going great I am eating at a 500 deficit and 1 pound a week is good for me

While it looks like i lost 2.3 pounds I have really just spun my wheels again its water weight loss haven't done horrible this week but i have not done very good either :/ hey at least I'm not slapping it back on I guess. Pretty sure my main culprit is sleep deprivation followed by weekend drinking sessions but we will just go at it harder this week I guess. On the bright-side i went shopping and my waist is back at a 42 when it was like a 56 at the start of the year and I'm down to XXL shirts from XXXXL so that feels good. Keep at it my dudes

Met my goal of 217. I was actually about half a pound less on Wednesday, but that is nothing a good poop wouldn't take care of. I am starting to get to max weight on some of my lifts as expected. I am still progressing on most of them though. Soon enough I won't be able to progress until I stop cutting. It isn't time to change routines yet though.
I did have to get some new clothes and was pleased with the way I look in them. My waste is down to a 38 and I can wear a slim fit cut again. Still a ways to go before I fit into my smaller clothes, but things are looking good. Next week I hope to be 215 (+/- 0.2 lbs).
