    Legs/Glutes

    Currently in second bulking phase.
    First bulking phase went ok, started at 103lb now weigh 114lb
    Did a lot of dumb accessory workouts like cable kickbacks and just not compound lifts in my first bulk so now focusing on squats/deads/hip thrusts.

    I want to put more mass on quads and glutes instead of hammies. Any suggestions?

    Also how much does creative help..how often should I take it??

    idk much about getting better legs so ill let someone else answer that but I use creatine and take 4 tsp a day for a week then 1 tsp a day for 4 weeks then a week with 0 then 4 for a week then 1 for 4 weeks then a week off and just keep cycling. idk how much it helps but its cheap and ive been making progress so im not gonna trash on it but I also don't think it will make too much of a difference in physique
