    Thumbs up Rib injury

    Hi all. Last night I was box squatting using a belt. As I started to push back up there was 3 pops in my ribs.
    A day later I can tell there is a problem both sides bottom rib front. But not much pain.
    Pain only comes if I poke the rib or if I squat down or lift my knees to chest.
    I dont think there broke it was 3 loud pops.
    Any info or advice guys.
    I think either my belt was too low meaning it was pushing against the bottom ribs and with the pressure they pushed over the top of belt. Or too high an as I pushed the belt caught the bottom ribs and held them whilst rest of my rib cage pushed out under the pressure.
