what are lifts at 10 percent body fat and 6'5 that are respectable. not incredible lifts like 700lb deadlifts, but ones that would make me "strong" for my size. numbers for deadlift, bench, squat and overhead press would help for goals to set for myself.
any answers appreciated

You can use sites like this:
https://exrx.net/Testing/WeightLifti...engthStandards
Any standards you find will be weight based though and won't take into account height body fat.Bench: 365
Squat: 495
Deadlift: 535

Who cares. From a fellow 6'5"er you'll very likely never have what people will call "respectable" lifts, especially at 10% bodyfat, which is too lean to have decent numbers at your height, unless you're non-natty.
All it takes is consistency, effort, proper nutrition, good programming, and TIME.
Don't be upset with the results you didn't get from the work you did not do.

You should work on building a substantial base of strength and musculature before thinking about cutting down. At your height and BF%, 196 lbs gives you a pretty low level of musculature. However, it sounds likely that your frame is large, which means if you focus on bulking up and building mass, you could become more strong and imposing than most! Don't worry about cutting down. Bench, deadlift, squat and eat!
Your lifts are actually at a beginner level. Doesn't mean you can't get them way up in due time. You won't get there by cutting down, though.Bench: 350
Squat: 405
Deadlift: 505
