    Need advice on shoulder tear

I did it...I ended up with a "low grade partial thickness articular surface tear of the supraspinatus". My shoulder has been bothering me for a few months so I went to Chiro and got an MRI. I'm taking some time off to recover and hopefully get back to the gym. I'd like to know from anyone who has experienced this, what was the best PT and overall quickest route to recovery?

Obviously, follow up with an MD, DO or DPT.
